My Linksys Wireless Router (model WCG200) supports 802.11a, 802.11b and 802.11g. I’ve never had problems with it. I currently use it exclusively for wireless access around the house with a WPC54G Linksys wireless adapter plugged into the PCMCIA slot on my laptop. I’ve tried a Belkin wireless access point and it just didn’t work–with anything. I’ve tried a Netgear wireless router (WGR614) which is faster in terms of total throughput, but the Linksys router is by far the easiest to configure and manage.
I suppose this is becoming routine now, because very few places reported this. Monster, a major job search website, had another breach in their security. Monster claims that only usernames, passwords and demographic information was compromised and that no financial data was taken.

It seems that Spammers and their auto-spam software keep finding WordPress sites and try their hardest to get their links for their phishing site inserted here. Thanks to Akismet, they fail. This site is moderated (I have to approve every response) and this site is filtered (anything with even 1 URL gets marked as spam.
So far, the level of spam is pretty small and Akismet does a great job of spotting spam that doesn’t contain URL’s.
